Without Translation

Starting with Beowulf and Anglo-Saxon poetry, New Leaf Publishings aims to reprint old books, essays and collections from around the world. These are presented in their original languages and without translation, commentary or introduction. In some cases this will include old translations such as The Meters of Boethius, the 9th or 10th century Old English translation of The Consolation of Philosophy, originaly written in Latin in 523.
